Sisu Health offers a variety of services to best fit your needs. In person visits along with telehealth visits make it incredibly easy to schedule. Virtual Consultations for clients that live outside Michigan as well as mentoring for aspiring pelvic health rehab practitioners.

Initial Evaluation

First appointment to learn more about medical history, complaints of issues and goals for treatment. This may be in person or telehealth.

Must be physically in the state of Michigan per state requirements for telehealth.

Follow up Treatments

Additional appointments after evaluation to address, treat and work towards personalized goals based on a treatment plan designed and created for you. This may be in person or telehealth.

Virtual Consultations

Those outside the state of Michigan who would like to review medical history, previous medical treatments and home options may book a consult to discuss available resources.

This is not a formal assessment.

Mentorship

Current or inquiring physical therapists and occupational therapists considering treating pelvic health patients that may want additional guidance.

Pricing: $175/hr

(3) 1 hour sessions: $300

Fitness Review

Virtually guided home exercises tailored to your individual needs, along with minor adjustments based on your progress or regression. This personalized approach ensures that you receive the support necessary to achieve your fitness goals effectively and safely from the comfort of your home.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that aids the body in self-correction. By addressing the root causes of health issues and releasing tension in the central nervous system, CST promotes relaxation, restores balance, and enhances overall health, helping to relieve pain and improve bodily function.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling (DN) uses thin monofilament needles to target shortened muscles and reduce trigger point activity, alleviating pain and muscle tension while promoting healing. Unlike traditional acupuncture, DN is a medical treatment based on a diagnosis, performed by a trained and licensed physical therapist to ensure effectiveness.
